The 2nd Annual "Celebration 4 Life Concert" will be from 1 pm - 6 pm on Saturday April 3, 2010 at the Fort Worth Convention Center Ballroom, 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth.  BUT THERE`S A CATCH!  You can`t just buy a ticket to this concert, you have to get tested for HIV.  The concert will feature national and local recording artists supporting education and prevention of HIV and encouraging the importance to "know your status".

The "Celebration 4 Life Concert" is free for individuals who get tested and get their results for HIV.   A ticket will be provided to get into the concert; FOR FREE!  There are five designated sites that will perform testing throught the City of Fort Worth.  At each site, the public will enjoy live music, free giveaways and special guests.

Testing sites include:

    February 27, 2010 at the Como Community Center, 4900 Home St.,  Fort Worth from noon until 5 pm.

    March 6, 2010 at the Forest Hill Community Center, 6800 Forest Hill Drive, Forest Hill from 9 am until 6 pm.

    March 13, 2010 at Precicnt #1, 3500 Miller Ave., Fort Worth from noon until 5 pm.

    March 19, 2010 at the Boys and Girls Club, 5021 Ave. G, Fort Worth from noon until 5 pm

    March 27, 2010 at the Sycamore Community Center, 2525 East Rosedale St., Fort Worth from noon until 5 pm
