Description: A leading Tarrant County HIV/AIDS education, services and advocacy organization has an immediate full-time opening for a front desk receptionist. The position reports to the Director of Administrative Services. Duties include: operates agency switchboard; provides guest relations services; schedules appointments for client services; performs date entry and general clerical duties; manages meeting room schedules; and participates in meetings, trainings, and events as requested.
Requirements: High school education/GED required, some college preferred; bilingual Spanish skills required; multi-line switchboard experience; general clerical office skills; strong verbal/written communication skills; ability to work with diverse populations; ability to handle crisis calls/situations and to discuss sensitive issues; intermediate level computer proficiency including work in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook; valid Texas Driver's license; proven driving record; reliable transportation; highly punctual.
